Terms and Conditions: -
1. Buyer must pay the EMD amount of Rs. in INR 1,00,000.00 (One Lakh Rupees only) as per the mentioned Bank Account number latest by 20.06.2026 and mail to "monalisa.mahato@mjunction.in and "pradeep.mohapatra@mjunction.in" with the subject line - Expression of Interest towards Copper Rod Sale at HZL.

2.⁠ We will check our records and consider offer as valid only if EMD reflects as successfully transferred.

3. This EMD will be returned within 10 days of clock-event closure for unsuccessful Buyers.

4. Entire lot will be allocated to 1 Buyer only, on H1 basis at the end of clock, basis the platform's time stamp. In case an offer has been received in the last 5 minutes of the Original Clock - an extension will be given of 15 minutes to enable the interested Buyers to compete further. mjunction Team will email the Buyers in case of such an extension.

5. ⁠For successful Buyer, EMD will be adjusted against payment of full sales value.

6. After approval of sale price by HZL, buyer will get 5 days of time to deposit the complete material value.

7. ⁠If the sales value payment is not completed or Buyer backs out, the EMD will be forfeited.

8. Tentative TAT for approval, sales and lifting closure is 15 days post end of clock time.

9. The auction closure date and time will be on 22.06.2026 15:00 PM.
