Approx. 150 MT of surplus Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Industrial Spare Parts available for disposal from the Coal Washery Store and Coke Oven Store of Durgapur Projects Limited (DPL). The lot includes various industrial spares and machinery items, such as Gear Boxes & Accessories, Bearings, Valves, Pumps, Pipe Fittings, Electrical Cables, Motors & Spares, and other Machinery Spares.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Conditions

1. The materials are offered for sale on"As Is Where Is", "As Is What Is" and "No Complaint" basis.
2. Quantities indicated are approximate and may vary at the time of delivery.
3. No claim regarding quantity, quality, specification, description, usefulness or condition of material shall be entertained after submission of bid or issuance of Sale Order.
4. Interested bidders are advised to inspect the materials physically before participating in the auction.
5. Submission of bid shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions by the bidder.
6. The Starting Bid Price (SBP) is indicated in the lot schedule and bids below SBP may not be considered.
7. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000/- must be deposited on or before 25.08.2026.
8. Only bidders who have deposited the prescribed EMD shall be eligible to participate in the auction.
9. The auction shall be conducted under the auto-extension mechanism as applicable on the e-auction platform.
10. Any bid received during the auto-extension period shall automatically extend the auction closing time as per platform rules.
11. DPL reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or withdraw the auction wholly or partly without assigning any reason.
12. DPL shall not be responsible for any error in assessment of quantity, quality or suitability of the material by bidders.
13. Taxes, duties, cess, statutory levies and other applicable charges shall be payable extra as applicable.
14. Loading, lifting, handling, transportation and removal of material shall be arranged by the successful bidder at their own cost and risk.
15. Successful bidders shall comply with all applicable safety regulations, labour laws and statutory requirements during lifting and transportation.
16. Materials shall be lifted within the period specified in the delivery order or sale order.
17. Any damage caused to DPL property during lifting/removal shall be recovered from the purchaser.
18. DPL reserves the right to change auction dates, terms and conditions or lot particulars without prior notice.
