Material and Rating: The flange material is Carbon Steel. It conforms to ASTM A516 GR 70 or SAE 1010-1030. Vacuum rating: 1" – 8" sizes are Full Vacuum rated up to 450°F. 10" & 12" sizes are not vacuum rated1. Bolt Holes: The minor size bolt holes on reducing filler flanges are always threaded. Some sizes have both major and minor bolt holes threaded to prevent interference between bolt heads and nuts of connecting flanges. If connecting to other flanges with threaded holes, consider using a concentric reducer (through holes on both flanges) if needed. Lining Thickness: The lining thickness for this flange is typically 3 to 5 mm2. Flange Standard: The flange complies with ANSI B16.5. Face-to-face dimensions follow ANSI B16.5#150 standards
