O-rings. Lubrication :- Use Giant oil (P/N 01153), which is a 20W-50 non-detergent motor oil. Change the crankcase oil after the first 50 hours of operation and subsequently at regular intervals (usually every 500 hours or less, depending on operating conditions)
Plunger Assembly :- The plunger assembly consists of several components like Plunger base , Plunger pipe,Tension screw ,Copper washer, Hex head cap screw
Torque specifications :-Tension screw :- 200 in-lbs (22.5 Nm)
Valve plug :- 55 ft-lbs (75 Nm)
Hex head cap screw :- 221 in-lbs (25 Nm) 1
Valve Assembly :- The valve assembly includes components like valve seats, valve plates, valve springs, and valve plugs. Ensure proper assembly and torque specifications for valve-related parts
Seals and Rings :- Various O-rings, oil seals
V-sleeves are critical for sealing and preventing leaks.
